Yes! We offer free home delivery across Gurugram. Orders placed before 4 PM are usually delivered the same day. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
How can I track my order?
Use our Track My Order page with your Order ID and the email or phone number used at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, UPI and RuPay online, plus cash at our physical stores.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return a product if I'm not satisfied?
Yes, unopened items in original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. See our Returns & Exchanges page for full eligibility details.
Can I return opened pet food or treats?
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened food, treats, supplements and grooming products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
